I have used this builder before and quality of work is goof but the problem happens when they are non- responsive…….we had an agreement with them to get our front door replaced. Door was delivered after 8 months. Then now the door is sitting in a box in our garage for last 3 months and my calls are not being answered, there is no response of any kind. It is very frustrating and now we have to find somebody else to install the door. This is very unprofessional and there is no regard for the customer.
