Vlad is an amazing property property manager. We have been living at the apartments for 2 years now. He has always been welcoming and supportive. He takes pride in keeping the property well managed. We really appreciate everything he does!

I’ve had a great experience living in this building. The apartments are well-maintained, the community is quiet, and the location in Glendale is very convenient. What truly made the difference for me, though, was the manager. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional, and went out of their way to help me find the best apartment that fit my needs perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents and makes the process so smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The property is very well maintained, and the management team is professional and responsive, especially the property manager Vladimir, who makes sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. Help d me go trough application process smoothly and explain each step. The neighborhood is one of the highlights—it’s close to downtown and Hollywood, yet still has the peaceful feel of a quiet suburb in Glendale. There are wonderful museums, parks, and cultural spots nearby, making it a perfect balance of convenience and lifestyle. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you want both city access and a calm community atmosphere. My kids absolutely love it here!

I moved in on the 1st of January and absolutely love it here. The staff are so helpful and friendly. My dishwasher wasn’t cleaning and my refrigerator was very small and the manager bought me both brand new. The maintenance man is very thorough and recommended new appliances. They had made this move very smooth. It is very quiet here and peaceful. The washers and dryers are easily accessible and in great shape . The laundry rooms are kept clean as well as the grounds . Best apartments in Glendale and great location.

I’ve seen a lot of properties in LA! This is by far one of the best I’ve seen. I really wanted to move in here, but my roommate decided he wanted to move back home with his family last minute. So I wanted to go ahead and review what I DID see/experience. First off, the building manager Vladimir is a great communicator and very welcoming ! He offered us coffee/soda in the office and was patient and kind answering all our questions! He helped me navigate an issue I had with my application. I trust he is superb at his job given all the other positive reviews and his interaction with me and my roommate. Next the garage is clean and secure - very little tandem parking/ mostly single space. The property overall is clean and in good shape- nestled in a sweet residential neighborhoo
