I am submitting this complaint regarding Concord Management Group and their property, Legacy at the Point, due to extremely unprofessional, insensitive, and improper actions taken by the property manager, Eric, following my father’s unexpected death. My father lived at Legacy at the Point for over 15 years. He passed away unexpectedly in Georgia at the end of November. Our family promptly notified the property management company of his passing. To ensure everything was handled appropriately, we paid the full rent for December on December 1st, even though we knew we would be vacating the apartment. My family traveled from Atlanta, GA to North Carolina specifically to clear out my father’s belongings and clean the apartment with care and respect, as this had been his home for many years. On
The new owners have really turned this place around - definitely the best deal in the Triad for senior housing. Lots of updates and modernization
Nice and clean but wouldn't live there to many drugs , To much fighting and TOO MANY SHOOTING.
Checking out the layout, it seem to be quiet and peaceful
