Legacy at Oakwood Landing

I love this new home of mine so much. I hadn’t lived in an apartment for more than 20 years so was nervous when looking for one. Noice level and security in a storm were important to me. I looked at every apartment in the Viera/suntree area and fell in love with these apartments. I have lived here for 4 months now and couldn’t be happier. These apartments are the only ones that I’m aware of in the area that are solid concrete built. They are also the only ones that have a park like setting. It’s such a peaceful place. I may sound crazy but I honestly never want to move as they take such good care of their residents. I never hear my neighbors (well built buildings) and if I ever have an issue it’s handled right away. They also have a dog park and the most beautiful grounds I’ve ever seen. M

I moved in, in December 2024. Though I had lived here before. The process of applying and moving in was super easy. The apartments are great, the staff are lovely. The apartments have all modern apoamces and make excellent use of the floor space. They feel much bigger than the square footage would suggest. The grounds and maintenance crews do an amazing job and are always around straight away if there’s any issues. The staff in the office are great. I dealt with Micheal Dufresne when I first moved in. My lease is almost up and went back to see him about my options about signing for a three bedroom (I’m in a two bed now) He was wonderfully clear and direct about what options were available to me. He was also great about what the costs would be both at signing and on an on going basis.

I couldn’t think of a better place to recommend someone to live than Legacy at Oakwood Landing. The leasing agents, property manager, and every staff member I’ve met truly go above and beyond for their residents, and they are incredibly dog friendly, which makes such a difference. The office and clubhouse are always spotless and smell amazing, and the entire property is very clean and well kept. It’s clear the team takes a lot of pride in maintaining the community. One thing that really stands out is how the office staff interacts with residents, and even their dogs in the mornings. I’ve seen firsthand how warm and genuine those interactions are. It truly shows they don’t just care about money, they care about the residents, their lives, and their pets. Highly recommend Legacy at Oakwo

I absolutely love this place! The amenities are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything feels modern and welcoming. One of my favorite features is the dog park it’s spacious, safe, and perfect for letting my pup run and socialize. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for both residents and their pets. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home!

I recently moved in to this property and from start to finish Stacy Dahms and Racine Lopez made sure that all things went smoothly. There’s always small issues that can arise during a move however both Stacy and Racine provided great customer service and genuine care and quickly and professionally handled everything that came up. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a move.
