Our experience at Legacy at Cross Creek was truly amazing! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, especially working with Mrs. Miya. She was incredibly professional, patient, and welcoming. Mrs. Miya took the time to personally tour us through three different units, ensuring we found the best fit for our needs. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the entire process feel smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She answered every question with care and genuine enthusiasm, which made us feel valued and confident in our decision. We truly appreciate her dedication and outstanding service. Highly recommend Legacy at Cross Creek and especially Mrs. Miya to anyone searching for their next home!

I would’ve gave five stars because I love my apartment. I know you can’t discriminate, but it seems like now they are renting to clients and when I say clients, they are the ones that need a EP rep with them at all times.. I came outside the other night to go to my car, and I see a older man sitting on the bottom step banging on the ground with a item, a hat, and a heavy coat on, and it wasn’t even that cold and amongst some other people in my building I wish not to speak of. This doesn’t make me feel comfortable anymore!!!

I’m extremely frustrated with how unorganized and misleading this leasing process has been. From the start, I was told there were no hidden fees—only the washer/dryer and standard utilities. Yet during the application, my fiancé discovered a **$110 technology fee** that was never mentioned or listed on the quote. When we asked, staff brushed it off as a Spectrum charge, which felt dishonest. I also made it clear that the apartment is for my fiancé, a **service member**, who won’t return until **November 8**, and that I planned to move him in **November 1**. The leasing system wouldn’t allow that date, and every time I called, I was told something different. Now I’m suddenly being told he can’t move in unless he’s here—which was never mentioned before. The application process is an absolute nightmare, entirely web-based in a layout that isn't responsive. Only apply on your desktop, not mobile. Communication with leasing is abysmal. We had to repeat the same thing multiple times concerning a mistyped name, then when I reached out multiple times on a time-sensitive schedule, I heard nothing back until I physically walked into the office, which I could not do until recently. If you are applying to live here, good luck and may the odds be in your favor.

Great community, office staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance staff is super nice. When you’re on property they all wave and say hello. Mia was our leasing agent while we moved in and she’s honestly the best! Grounds always look amazing, people living here are either talkative or keep to themselves. I would 10/10 recommend living here.
