Legacy at Coconut Creek

I would like to give this property 10 Stars if I could. Out of all the places I’ve lived, Legacy at Coconut Creek by far is the friendliest and nicest group of human beings. Paula the Manager is a sweetheart. Santee the Assistant Manager is just so classy, cute, and professional. The leasing team is absolutely amazing here and stop and nothing to make sure I’m good. I’m really impressed with how they handle any situation I’ve come across that is met with action not just talk and communication here is perfect. I’m excited for everything else that is yet to come. It just feels good to finally feel that I’m in a place I can actually call home since Legacy came. Thank you again and keep up the great work.🫶🏽

Legacy at Coconut Creek has completely transformed into a wonderful community. The current management team truly goes above and beyond. Paula, the manager is just such a breath of fresh air and Santee as well as the other girls are always welcoming, attentive, and quick to assist residents with anything they need. Maintenance I will say is responsive, and the property is consistently well kept. What really stands out are the resident events, they’ve been amazing, fun, and thoughtfully put together. They’ve created a real sense of community that simply didn’t exist under the previous management.It genuinely feels like home here now. Highly recommend living at Legacy at Coconut Creek!

Honestly I must say it's a descent community to live. The apartments are nice and the scenery is very lovely. Recently they've had a change in management but this new staff is exceptional at their jobs. Eliana one of the leasing consultants is very helpful and kind. The property manager Mrs Paula exhibits great professionalism. She's great at her role and doing excellent with getting this property where it should be. The maintenance team is actually great and takes initiative to get their task done in a timely manner. Overall I would highly recommend Legacy apartments to families looking for a nice, relaxed, peaceful environment.

The best property that you can live at, the property managers are the best, I moved in, in October and it has been a great experience thus far. The work they are doing is exceptional and it shows in their care and consideration for the residents here. They are constantly renovating and improving our amenities here. When you stop by the office, you are always greeted pleasantly and treated with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend this property because I am big on customer service and humanity and they are just an amazing group!!!
