LOVE living here! Very clean and quiet apartment complex. Easy to communicate with management and are super quick to get back with you..I just plan on staying there because why not, I am VERY happy here! Absolutely no regrets..

So many homeless people walking like zombies around this whole area. It is really scary. I been here with friend and there some strange stuff. Yesterday there was a weird guy riding a bicycle and dragging a dead cat by a string or something behind him on his bicycle.. It's just a bad area with strange people doing really strange things.

I have loved living here! I have been here for a year & just signed another lease. Management is always helpful, maintenance is quick and easy to contact, everything in the apartment looks and works great, I feel very safe with the gated parking lot and the locked glass doors! I don’t plan on moving for a while!

This was the #1 apartment out of multiple i had been looking at that i was interested in touring and moving into. I made an appointment for a tour multiple days in advance and they never confirmed it - i tried calling (5 times to be exact) over the span of several hours the morning of said tour and nobody ever answered the phone. I also left a message! I really imagined myself living there and loved the flooring, the bathroom, etc. so i was quite dissapointed that they never got in contact with me and that i could not reach them despite multiple efforts. Very unprofessional, I applied to a different apartment yesterday!

I stayed here on a short term lease in a lovely studio while working as a travel nurse. Gabby, the manager, was very helpful and the apartment was so charming. The property was well maintained and clean. Very secure with gate and security doors on the building. I would highly recommend this property. If I have another contract in Tulsa, this will be the first place I contact for a place to stay.
