Rent has to be paid online and full amount, no partial payments. Rent went up now there is a trash fee and a fee for them to spray for pest that I've been having issues with recently. They gave a date for spraying of unit but no one came on that date after having to remove items from cabinets or risk a 65$ charge of them not completing spraying. Informed residents of parking lot restriping on Friday for work to start on Monday...hopefully no one was on vacation b/c they were towing cars at owners expense. New billing for water.. no longer set rate now based on building you are in(fair?). Pool still closed, 2nd full yr now but something we pay for. Havent seen anyone change air filter in over 6months. Landscaping is always trashed. Appliances are dated, bathroom is dated, mirror is loosing

Very cheap about repairs and upgrades, as well as slow respond times, with no updates on work done or not done. Parking for visitors is ridiculous and you shouldn’t have to register a visitor every single time you have one, you should be allowed to have a spot for yourself and a visitor pass allotted! To many buyers and turn over for property causing issues with water bill and other charges making it difficult for residence to keep up with what they actually owe, when the billing charges are always incorrect. If it’s that difficult to run an apartment complex, I would not want to be in that business, because it seems to be unobtainable sometimes !

I was given no notification that starting into the new year I would be paying $200 extra for trash, water and sewage. Water I can deal with but trash and sewage are new charges. And the trash is such an eyesore, it’s constantly overflowing and trash is all over the street. I’ve lived here for 10 years, I have no renovations to my apartment yet for some reason I’m paying nearly $1300 when I agreed on my lease to pay $1050. Maybe I need to read the fine print a little better but I just find this a little ridiculous.

The staff was wonderful. The development in the tour to the development was wonderful. Definitely had an application right after the tour. I am excited to move in and be a new residence. I never felt more comfortable and greeted so nicely made a great impression to make me feel right at home. no

Administration was very helpful for me to do my contract renewal. I enjoyed my visit there. I am hoping to continue receiving that great customer service we all want.
