Lee Square is a vibrant community located in downtown Falls Church. It has 10 out of 10 index of walkability; grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, even urgent care - everything is within minutes walk from the apartment. The complex is located between two metro stations, and with easy access to I-66 and I-495. Apartments are spacious, very well kept, with spacious closets. Property manager Barb does an incredible job caring for residents. My move-in and move-out went super easy, and I truly appreciate the overall experience with Lee Square and SR Management company. Lee Square is an unbeatable combination of price, location, and management, and I highly recommend you to choose this place as your home.

I enjoy living here. It is located in the center of Falls Church which is extremely convenient. The apartment is very peaceful and quiet, and is surrounded by trees. The building is old and so there are sometimes problems, but maintenance is very good and prompt. The leasing manager is friendly and cares about the residents. The apartment is spacious and has a large balcony. We do hear the resident above walking, but we rarely hear the neighbors next to us. The kitchen and bathroom is outdated, but works just fine. They have an exterminator go to each apartment once a year to prevent pests. It’s very effective and we do not have any problems with cockroaches despite the building being older.

I enjoy living here. It is like a small community of friends, with such friendly neighbors, never mind been right in the heart of our little city of Falls Church. Schools, restaurants, churches, parks are all five minutes away, really. Our Resident Manager Barb is a God-sent, always going above and beyond to help with everything. I love it.
