As a tenant in an office building managed by Lee & Associates, we've had a terrible experience with them as incompetent property managers. They've been unable/unwilling to resolve HVAC issues after two years of "we're working on it." Staff are forced to wear coats and use an army of electric space heaters to stay warm all year long - resulting in power outages and high electric bills because of all the space heaters. The property manager, Jessica, won't respond to direct questions and instead always responds "we're still making adjustments." This has been going on for two years. They don't seem to care and Jessica told us that we should just be happy that we have air conditioning. They were also incompetent in handling COVID-19.
