Lee & Associates Management LLC

I've lived in one of their properties four over four years, and it's been great. The big pros are the really great rental rates that almost never go up, and the fact that maintenance has been hassle-free and super responsive. They've replaced almost every major appliance in my unit over the years without any fuss. Management and maintenance haven't had much turnover while I've been here, which says a lot. There have been minor inconveniences on occasion, but they treat their tenants really well. They are very reasonable and easy to work with.

I have been living in a Lee & Associates property for 1.5 years and will be moving soon to another one of their properties. They are very low tech, with no automatic bill pay options or online renter's portal, and maintenance can take some time, as it seems they have a small team managing their dozens of properties. However, they have always been incredibly kind, friendly, and compassionate and I have never had any issues whatsoever with their management. They were incredibly understanding of some special circumstances that I had when first moving in, and were very accommodating. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living with them, and look forward to my new and bigger space!

We've lived with Lee and associates over 2 different buildings and about 8 years. The landlord Tennant relationship has been better than average, maintenance requests are addressed promptly and the rent doesn't feel like extortion and hasn't gone up much in the long time we've been here. The communication over large scale maintenance and projects is usually pretty good. We intend to keep renting here until we're able to buy our own place.

I lived at Hawthorne Manor (via Lee & Associates) for 3 years. I'm a quiet, clean, and respectable tenant, and lived next to the landlord while I was there. I've never had any issues with renting and leaving a place in excellent condition before leaving, of all eight places I've lived. The landlord had a list of $100+ worth of cleaning products to use on grit in between the balcony door, mildew on window frames, etc., everything imaginable for the normal wear and tear. We paid attention to these things as much as realistically possible. Suspecting she wanted it perfect when I moved out, we spent 48+ hours cleaning it with three people. Still, I didn't receive my deposit back, which I later found out to be illegal on Lee & Associates' part. Unfortunately I'm quite a few years late on recl

I lived at the Hawthorne manor for almost two years. I initially needed a place quick. I got very lucky to move into the Hawthorne manor. It was a better price and an easier location for me and my room mate. The place here was always clean and secure. I can also say that both Nancy and Adrian were always very responsive. I got the fortune of working with Nancy. She is very professional! I would definitely rent here again.
