I lived happily in one of their properties, The Mayflower, for 11 years and was always treated with the greatest courtesy and respect. Tina Davenport is an excellent representative and I always knew she had my best interest in mind. The only reason I moved as I was on the second floor and needed to be in a first floor apartment due to mobility issues.

DO NOT RENT FROM THE COMPANY. If I could give a negative rating I would. Front desk associates are the most unprofessional people we have ever had to deal with and will hang up on you mid sentence. They do not repair anything and when they do send someone out it is without any type of notice. The repairs are not completed correctly as they take short cuts and attempt to fix issues using the cheapest method possible. All of the maintenance workers contracted through Leco know they will never pay to have the job done correctly. Leco was advised multiple times that the floor in the house was sinking due to rotting wood and this company took over a year to even have someone come out and look at the issue. Repairs were only a bandaid to make the floor level and did not replace any of the rot

SLUMLORDS. We had no heat during the coldest time of the year, and with having a toddler, we had to find somewhere else to go. They do not care whatsoever about the conditions of their properties. Constant plumbing issues in the bathroom and a SERIOUS mold problem. They sent someone to “fix” our bathroom wall that was quite literally mushy to the touch and covered in mold. All he did was place a piece of sheetrock OVER the moldy rotting wall and paint it to attempt to make it look new, but the mold showed itself in a matter of days. WHATEVER YOU DO, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT.

I enjoy my house and the management has been cool with me. Way more understanding than others I've had to deal with. Yeah it's slow getting the "owners" to get stuff fixed and the house could use some renovation but rental houses are like used cars😂😂they're used. I wanna thank the men and women in the office because the owner be slow with that cheese but the management get it done for me it just take a minute. My house is okay and so is Leco with me. So thanks to the times when life has been living on me and y'all showed me love!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM LECO REALTY I rented from Leco Realty, and the experience was consistently unprofessional and frustrating. The property wasn’t ready when I received the keys. I had no water for eight days due to unresolved plumbing issues. A garbage disposal, which was advertised, wasn’t installed until I followed up multiple times, and the 220V outlet for the dryer didn’t work for the first month. Throughout my tenancy, I had to make several repairs myself due to Leco’s lack of responsiveness. The company frequently appeared unaware of the state of their own property, and their communication was unreliable at best. After an attempted break-in while I was out of town, Leco unfairly deducted the cost of the broken door from my security deposit, despite the fact that I was not liable for
