Leander Lakes

I‘m excited to move into my first place. When I went for a tour it was QUIET in the neighborhood… I prayed and my heart felt peace. So far Chelse has been wonderful helping me get everything started! She’s super friendly and prompt responses. Will keep everyone updated after moving in.

Management is the sole reason for this rating. The apartment living is fine, I even enjoy my living space. But management is and continues to be neglectful and subpar at communication and organization. I moved in September 2024 and from the very beginning I have put in multiple request for the street lights directly above my parking lot to be replaced. It gets very dark in the parking lot at night due to street lights being out, I have a toddler that lives with me and being able to see my surroundings in the parking lot is a basic safety necessity, I thought they would take more seriously. After numerous times bringing this up I’m met with all the steps they must take to get it done, yet they are just beginning the process in August 2025. I lived at Leander Lakes from Jan 2019 to Jan 2020. I had a great living experience while I was there. The layout/floor plan of the apartment is great. It is very spacious and comfortable. I lived in a 2 bedroom with a den on the 3rd floor by choice because it offered higher ceilings. The apartment offered a lot of natural lighting with the big windows it had. I loved my little balcony, I could sit outside and watch the sun set over the lake everyday, it was perfect for me and my small dog. My dog loved it there as well. The apartments are very dog friendly, lots of dog owners, my little furrbaby made lots of doggie friends and they would all walk together. My neighbors were amazing!!! The staff was great, they answer the phone almost everytime. They are easy to have talk to with and make living at Leander Lakes easy.

I recently toured an apartment with Amber, and I had a great experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Amber took the time to answer all my questions and gave a thorough walkthrough of the unit and the building amenities. I appreciated her friendly attitude and how she made sure I had all the information I needed. Definitely a positive experience! Thanks Amber 😊
