Lealand Place Apartments is a very well-kept community. The property is always clean and maintained, which really makes a difference. The staff is amazing, especially Daniel. His customer service is phenomenal — he truly takes his time to understand your needs and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. The application process was simple and smooth, with no unnecessary stress. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful community.

Living here has been disappointing due to the new property manager’s behavior. Her tone and attitude made it very clear that I was not welcome, and I felt I was being treated differently without any reasonable explanation. Instead of being helpful or informative, she was curt and spoke in a condescending manner, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Her behavior felt discriminatory, leaving me feeling disrespected and unfairly judged. This is unfortunate because the property itself has potential, but management plays a huge role in a tenant’s decision. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to recommend this complex unless there are significant improvements in how prospective residents are treated.

Great customer service. I haven't moved in yet but I'm moving towards it . The office staff was very helpful especially the lady Gisell, hopefully I pronounced her name correctly

The attention from the administration was very good and the process to obtain the apartment was easy. When I moved in, I was scared to see so much garbage stuck in the container and in the hallways of the apartments, and the parking area of ​​tower two is unlit and completely dark at night. Absolutely beautiful property’s, amazing service, excellent quality for the cost. The people are truly nice and I can’t wait to move in!!!!!
