I met Leah through a friend of a friend when I was in the area interviewing for a job several years ago. She volunteered to help me find a place to live, which was going to be an apartment. She took time out of her schedule to help me on a 2-day search for the perfect apartment. One year later, I decided I was going to stay in the area and I was ready to buy a house. Leah was wonderful to work with! We sat down, talked comps, and she helped me to formulate an offer that was accepted right away. She was an excellent negotiator in terms of price, getting an extra couple of things thrown in, purchasing a few things that were currently in the house, and post-inspection fixes.
