Have had the best experience possible buying my first home i have several things about my situation(Im a Car salesman) that make it not very easy to get a home loan. my income in no way is the same every month but the team i got from beginning to end have been flawless with any and everything that has came up.. i felt at first that they were holding me back from getting a home over 1 point my credit was 619 needed to be 620 to save alot of money. i didnt realize how much money it was going to save me so Randy Pitts sent me 2 cost sheets which broke everything down for me showing me that it would save me almost 10k to wait for my score to go up 1 point. the fact that they informed me of that instead of just taking my additional 10k and not saying anything. they have been so upfront with eve

Just completed our home purchase last week and had a wonderful experience with LeaderOne!! Our lender David Chittwood was amazing! He possesses a wealth of knowledge and excellent communication skills. We felt well informed throughout the entire process and were confident that he was on top of things and looking out for our best interests. He was always available any time we had a question or to just get an update. All I can say is WOW! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I have had many years experience in this field. Nathan Shepard was a dream to work with! He answered majority of my calls, and there were a lot, and was so quick to respond. He never seemed bothered to answer many of my questions and took the time to explain and communicate every step of the way! And to both parties at that! He was very understanding of our schedules and our communication styles. We had updates almost daily. Definitely would recommend working with Nathan to any and everybody! I’m just floored by the level of service he provided to us during the home buying process. 100/10… and no that’s not a typo!
