Le Provence at the Dominion

I took a tour here yesterday and loved the atmosphere. I was recommended this place so we showed up the same day. Without an appointment, Eli helped me right away and had such a pleasant conversation with us. We came back later to apply and she helped us again right away. Some of the reviews on here are very old and outdated, I didn’t seem to get the vibe others got. I thought both Eli and Amanda seemed very helpful and caring for the move in process! I hope to have the chance to live here and continue a great experience with them! A plus is the location with it being in walking distance to the biggest and best gym in Fresno GB3. As well as grocery stores, food, parks and necessities. The area seems very upscale luxurious. All around is big beautiful homes and greenery well taken care of!

I was not going to write a public review until I received a SECOND bill for everything a MONTH after moving out and nearly 2 weeks after the first bill. Legally they needed to have provided me an itemized list of things they did along. Every time I want to talk to the manager she is always "out at lunch" even if I visit at 2pm or 3pm. During my stay, my car was broken into, multiple packages stolen and it took 2 months for anyone to fix the leak in my roof that accumulated mold.

If you want you car broken into right in front of the office it’s a great place to live. I was there 2 days and car broken into !!! I can guarantee you it’s someone who lives in the complex and this is not the first time it’s happened. Signage and cameras everywhere that video is being recorded. Called staff to report it because nobody was in the office. No response!!!

I wanted to leave a review about my experience with picking up my package today. The room where all the delivered packages are kept is disorganized. Typically, once a package arrives, you receive a code that unlocks the room for access. Unfortunately, there are times when this code isn’t generated, making it impossible to retrieve your package, and that happened to me a few times but today was different. When I went inside the office and asked the employee to unlock the door, I even had proof on my phone that my package had been delivered. She said that she couldn't unlock the door because she was told not to so everyone can use their new app which generate their own codes. Two months ago, we relocated here. Regrettably, someone collided with my wife's parked vehicle. We noticed a car parked next to ours with matching damage. We informed the management, acknowledging that their security cameras might not have recorded the actual incident, but requested that they check if the car showed any signs of damage the previous day.
