I’ve had such a great experience living at LC Germantown. The sense of community here truly sets it apart—neighbors are friendly, the property is well maintained, and it really feels like a place people are proud to call home. The staff makes all the difference, and Skylar, Zach, and Hannah are exceptional. They’re approachable, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Whether it’s handling questions, maintenance requests, or just being welcoming faces around the property, they consistently go above and beyond. I highly recommend LC Germantown to anyone looking for a well-run apartment community with an amazing team behind it.

I’ve been living at LC Germantown for almost two years now and I love it. By far one of the best complex’s I’ve lived in in Nashville. The leasing office is amazing. Always prompt when issues arise. And maintenance is always very fast to fix any issues I’m having. You’re in walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars. I love it!

This apartment has been so nice to live in! The appliances and apartment itself were in great condition! Staff and maintenance are very prompt, kind and helpful! The amenities here are also very great such as the dog park, the restaurant(the goat), the gym, the study rooms, the rooftop deck with grills, and many more! Everyone is so friendly and I feel super safe here! Would definitely recommend this apartment as it’s in a great location being super walkable to the shops, restaurants and bars in the Germantown and Neuoff area. It’s also close to the Nashville sounds stadium and the greenway walking path!

i’ve lived at LC Germantown for four years and overall have had a great experience. the location is one of the biggest highlights — it’s walkable, convenient, and right in the heart of germantown with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and parks. the community itself is well maintained and feels safe, and the amenities have always been a plus. maintenance requests are typically handled quickly and professionally, which makes a big difference when you’re living somewhere long term. the staff has also been responsive and helpful throughout my time here. i’ve stayed for four years because it’s been a comfortable, reliable place to live, and it truly feels like home. i’d definitely recommend lc germantown to anyone looking to live in the area.

I just moved into LC Germantown and I really love the space. The staff has been so helpful throughout the entire move process. The complex and gym are very clean and well taken care of! The location is fantastic, so many restaurants and coffee shops in walking distances. You also are close enough to downtown, but far enough that you don't have the downtown city traffic. I would recommend living here!
