Unprofessional. They reached out to me to ask if I wanted to do a tour we agreed on a time because I had work. I left work early to meet with them just to arrive & they tell me they have another tour in a half an hour and was not able to meet with me. All communication through text btw. They resolved the issue & rescheduled for the next day I was late doing the application because they didn’t tell me to do the application on their actual website instead of the one on the apartment website. I was told to let them know when I arrived & that they would provide me the code to see the place. Communication was all good because they made it seem as though they were gonna work with me & my situation until I arrived at the time I said I would that next day. Next thing I know none of texts or calls

LBR PROPERTIES is a joke . I have resided in my apartment going on 3 years . LBR bought the property a year after I moved in & it has been nothing but problems since they have taken over . Which seems to be a common issue at all of their properties. My building had been condemned not one but TWICE since they have bought it . They have problems with keeping things up to code. Can’t promise their tenants that they will have heat , hot water, electric , gas really anything. They lack communication will ignore you for days or put their phones on do not disturb but have no problem communicating when it comes to wanting their rent money . They are literally a joke . I didn’t give a 60 day moving notice due to not expecting my building to get condemned for a second time due to not having heat dur

THIS MANAGEMENT IS TRASH AND THEY WILL TRY AND MENTION EVERY REASON THAT IS IRRELEVANT IN ORDER NOT The agent gave me pricing so much and it’s not worth a penny they keep chargin me sum random fees that nun was explain. every month it’s sum new thing like. I call during business hours and they don’t even respond da apartment got issues too. they say they’ll look into it but nun ever change. i still gotta pay full rent tho like everything perfect. They don’t care bout and applications

If you are Black do not waste your money applying here!!! I met EVERY financial requirement and I was given no reason why my application was rejected. I have 0 judgments, and I have never been evicted… yet my application was denied!! My only guess is because am Black!! They gave no legitimacy to my application rejection!

I reside on Stoney Run Rd LBR took over, I have resided here going on 6 years (2) w LBR I am a very good tenant rent ALWAYS paid ON TIME my unit is kept spotless! Here is my issue! Tenants are NOT screened! lots of drinking and some who smoke ie: EVERYTHING I complain VERY seldom! But will say WORST place I have EVER rented! Plus to vacate you must give 2 months notice or PAY 50.00 more for month to month EXTREMELY HARD to pay for new apartment for holding 2 months . Lastly I have NO prior evictions and have excellent rental history....
