This is hands down the best property management around! The Lawsons’ are so nice and responsive! From my move in to renewing my lease, it has been completely seamless. Anytime I’ve ever had a question or needed anything Mark has been on it. You can tell this family cares about their tenants which makes the experience so much better! To anyone looking for a trusty, reliable real estate company to work with it’s right here. I can pay my rent and put in maintenance requests ( which due to their amazing upkeep i rarely need) all online. Thank you for everything!

Best company / landlord I ever rented from. I rented with Lawson when I moved to Tacoma for a new job, and they were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process. This great service extended into the COVID-19 craziness, where I would receive frequent emails from Lawson checking in, making sure everything was okay. They really do care. All of my maintenance requests were quickly taken care of, and every maintenance person who came to fix something was also very pleasant. As someone who has rented off of bad landlords, trust me when I saw Lawson is the right way to go.

These guys couldn't be more awesome. I bought a new home so that is the only reason I am not staying. They always took care of my needs and their prices are VERY fair for such a great place. In my experience, landlords and property managers tend to be less than professional, or come with an authoritative attitude. Not these guys. They treat you like you're their customer and they want to make you happy. Their new rental manager, Matt Moore, is a really great guy with a good head on his shoulders.

Lawson Properties were wonderful to rent from. They were easy to get a hold of and extremely professional. Rent was affordable and the properties are in great condition. Would highly recommend.
