Lawrence Avenue Apartments

First impression of living here for a few days, they moved me into an apartments that absolutely reeks of urine and weren't going to do anything about it until reported. Even stated they knew about it, just didn't do more than try to mop it up. They state no smoking, but my neighbors reeks of smoke also. They state quite hours is until 7, but there will absolutely be a garbage truck smashing repeatedly at 4am. After 10 days of staying here they only will actually hold up to their end of the lease if you continually report them to the code enforcer. They refuse to deal with anything they don't want to. Even if that means you have to go to the hospital several times because of the poor conditions of the facility. If you have severe lung issues do not stay here. Tenants have said when thei

Very nice respectful office crew, maintenance men are awesome and making sure they get things done. I love These apartments they are so comfortable and look so much better with the new appliances. Definitely recommend to any family or friend. Josh is the BEST No Questions ask!!!

They spam craigslist like it's their job. A person searching for housing has to literally filter out half of this complex's listings (always at the odd rental price of $616) just to see anything else. Honestly, if you're that desperate maybe something's wrong. Big turnoff.
