Lawrence Apartments

Beautiful place to live, esp with kids. Beautiful people as neighbours. Super safe place to live.

(This review is for the "Old Lawrence" portion of Lawrence Apartments; the "New Lawrence" portion is better.) For all the great Princeton University is, they sure do a poor job on their housing. I lived in one of the older sets of units, which have never been fully updated: no air conditioning, no control over my heat (a bunch of the buildings are heated by the same pipe from the same boiler, so my apartment gets too hot while many other apartments are too cold). Small maintenance requests are speedily and usually accurately dealt with; however, major maintenance requests get ignored.

Best and safe place to live peacefully with family(kids). Kids playground, near by lake .. all are good

Bad ventilation and smell. Good service from Princeton University housing.
