It’s a quiet place well it use to be quieter. It was decent but I’ve been here for 5 or so years and the only update I’ve ever gotten was a door for my upstairs balcony which I never asked for in 2021. They don’t care if your stuff is old they will have an excuse on why it can’t be done. Don’t bother getting help in good fashion either.
Hasn't changed in 40 years, EVERYTHING CHANGES- The QUAD still has the asphalt where the original playground was when the complex was built. You would think they would invest in their tenants and create something to reinforce community inclusion. STOP 🛑 TAKING & GIVE BACK It's time to show the same community that you have consistently reaped economy gain that they more than $¢$$$$$$ and really upgrade the buildings inside and outside.
Grew up there so it has sentimental value for me. It's also not how it used to be when I was young. It calmed down n is a pretty quiet place to live now.
My friend live here. Seem like a pretty nice place to me.
