Laurels of Sendera

I can honestly say since I've live here for the last 8 yrs. It feels like home. The manager Maggie has been an absolute angel and she has worked with us on just about anything I've needed. We are all family. I love that this community is very diverse.They are quick to fix things right away and if it can't be fixed by our maintenance man who are always polite,they get a contractor out to fix it.I don't know what I would do without them.I would recommend living here if you want a family oriented community. I would say there's not a whole lot of small children here but there are teenagers.

I love everything about this community! The Management and Staff is very friendly and the maintence team is amazing and fast at fixing anything that needs to be fixed. My upgraded apartment is spacious and cute! Nice white cabinets, plenty of counter space. My neighbors are nice and friendly and nice to see the ducks walking around peacefully.

Place genuinely blows. Office is terrible, the older lady specifically is RUDE. nothing works, water pressure is bad, pool is open for 2 months, won’t replace broken appliances, only one of the maintenance actually fixes things the other just blames you and has an attitude. Get better people to work here 0/10 i recommend going somewhere else.

I’ve lived here for maybe about 8 months now and I LOVE this community. The management and staff are amazing! Maintenance is incredible and well kept. Definitely not planning to move anytime soon.

I’ve been living here for a whole year now and have no complaints of living here. They have amazing management/staff as well as maintenance they are quick to come anything fixed when needed! I Don’t plan to leave anytime soon from here😁
