Laurel Woods Estates

My family and I have lived in this neighborhood since January...the problem is NOT the neighborhood it is the builder. They sell you on the fact that you have a one year warranty on your home and Sam, the builder, stands by his product. They tell you if you have any problems just give him a call and he'll come out and fix whatever issues you have. That is actually the furthest thing from the truth. There are people in the neighborhood that have been waiting months to have things fixed in their homes. It seems somewhat impossible to get in touch with Sam because he doesn't answer his phone or return your voicemails. This can be seen on the neighborhood Facebook page if their are any non believers. Another issue is the ground keeping. The neighborhood is an HOA and we pay our dues every mon

i have lived here for over 7 years from the conception of my home and never had a communication or service problem ever from Sam Miller the builder . he was here as early as a few weeks ago with a major problem and had me up and running in no time !
