Lived here for a year and a half, here is my review... -UDR itself.. everything is fine through their app, which is down half the time. the staff is non existent. And to reach them is comically near impossible. they fail to ever communicate unless it is to collect their rent. Maintenance requests get done at a time of their choosing which you have literally no control or awareness of. -Amenities...most of the washers and dryers are constantly down, the laundry room is disgusting with tagging, trash, and loitering.The pin pad is always broken which lead to our clothes being stolen TWICE. the "gym" consists of only 2 operational treadmills. and a weight rack with a busted chair. The dog park is just filled with dry poop that never gets cleaned. Pool is warm and closed most of the time. -Unit

Never again. They are so inconsiderate about everything, they tell you everything was on the packet you sign on the leasing agreement when it’s not. Towing a car without checking if it’s on the contract or not is unacceptable. Will not be considering this leasing company again.

Overpriced for super cheap building. I work in construction and something is always broken, somehow never fixed, want to do laundry? Good luck half the machines don't work and you will have to call a third party to get your refund. Udr is also super unorganized, u need help with something and try to call u will never reach anyone, the app is better when it actually works. I was placed in a financial crisis because of this building not having proper security or at least a functional gate, I owe them pas due rent and have been trying to pay as well as mentioned that with rhino they should have cover something and was told no the one time I finally got a email response. Thet sent links to pay that never worked I sent a check to the address they provided only for they day It should have arrive

I've been living here for 2 years now and I can firmly say these are the worst managed apartments I've lived in by far. Let's start with the constant water shut-offs with no prior update. These are a very common occurrence there and can take place on weekday morning all the way to 9pm. AN ENTIRE DAY WITH NO WATER. Occasionally they decide on shutting off the water on weekends when everyone and their families are at home. I agree with the other reviews that the pool is constantly closed. Keypad gates are constantly broken and useless. The car entrance gate worked for about a week then went back to it's regular state of being broken. There is 1 maintenance employee for the entire complex with a very bad system of "Ill drop in whenever I want to fix it" Expect the usual landlord special re

Every service request seems to be like pulling teeth with the management. The maintenance tech will come and tell you what needs to be done but before anything can be fixed it has to be approved. After that they’ll send more people to look at but not fix the problem. At this point they have sent over 4 different people to look at the kitchen cabinets but nothing being done. Unfortunately it’s like this with every service request, which is frustrating after almost 7 years of being a resident here. We pay the rent increase every year, the least we can expect is for them to be repaired.
