Laurel Pines Apartments

Worst Apartments i have ever lived in, they cannot keep a maintenance crew nor a consistent office staff. I complained about neighbors above me with constant loud noises all times of night, kids running, stomping and yelling!! The noise Ordinance is 10 pm and i have neighbors where little kids are running and still jumping at 1a till sometimes over 3a!! You will not be able to get true sleep, sickness will happen b/c of this along with mold and mildew in the walls and floor. Nothing that was supposed to be done at my time of move in has been done. The plumbing issue here is horrible with other neighbors in different buildings have said the same. If you decide to move here Do not move in building 4101 You will hate it i promise you. Recently applied for an apartment and was approved and told I’d get a free first month on rent so I made my deposit l. Recently the lease office manager got fired and now they are going back on there word. They are making me pay a prorated amount to get the free first month and also the apartment I was promised is now not available and they have to find me another apartment. On top of that they always say they will call back and barely ever do I’m suppose to move in soon and they have my deposit and I don’t even know what apartment I’m moving into. Smh yall gotta do better Now as of today they are trying to make me pay for the mistakes that the last leasing manager made and also charging me a prorated amount that was not discussed until days before my move in. What really stands out is the management’s customer service. They genuinely care about prospective residents and make an effort to keep everyone informed about the community. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking comfortable, and well-managed apartment! I met the property manager Brian during my visit and was very impressed with his customer service.

I am looking for a place, conflicted by the reviews I visited this place this past weekend. I had an amazing experience with Brian. His interactions with everyone who came into the office are similar to my experience. I found something more cost effective but will certainly recommend Laurel Pines to others.

I toured with Demond early this week and I had a great experience! He did an amazing job with showing me the property and informing me off all the fees I’d have to pay by move in. I’d definitely recommend this property to all of my colleagues!
