2020 was a difficult year for us. A few things ended up happening in our family which led us having to sell my house in Bethlehem. We were initially reluctant contacting one of those "We buy houses" company just because some of them can be pushy and give you low ball offers but given we weren't local and wanted to sell our house rather fast, we wanted to give it a chance.
