Incredibly unprofessional. I would NOT recommend using them for ANY reason! My next phone call will be to the Better Business Bureau. My relatives closed over two weeks ago and still has not received their closing documents. I have settles on several houses and have always walked away with a copy of every document signed. Laurel Land Transfer is now trying to say their closing documents were wrong and they need to come up with more money.
