I left three months ago. (Personal reasons) I lived there for 2 years and they changed managers three times. The current manager, Kendra makes up rules that aren't on the lease. It's no longer low income housing unless you're grandfathered in. People have wrongfully gotten evicted and isn't being run like it should be and rent keeps getting jacked up to where some people can no longer afford it. Lots of tenants are on SSI. -former tenant-

I’m working on becoming a resident. Jacob has been outstanding, going above and beyond to help me. He’s been incredible, as have all the staff I’ve met. I hope his service and commitment is a reflection of what my experience living in the community offers, I can’t lose!

This is a review of Ms. Tiffany, Manager she has been a real Champion in helping; me get into one of the better Apartments in Tyler, TX. And there is just not enough words for all that she does as Manager of the Apartments; I just wanted to Celebrate her for been so special to so many people. She is example to so many other people in leadership roles and it's rewarding to know and meet someone who really cares about her tenants and the new ones as well. So, THANK YOU MS. You can NEVER get ahold of someone here. You can't even go into the office now because everything is by appointment, but you can't get an appointment because they don't return phone calls, emails or answer the door. I'm glad I didn't waste more of my time, energy or money here. They're going to lose out on more potential tenants if they don't figure their stuff out.
