I am relocating again and they have been absolutely great showing me apartments ready to go, and the process has been easy & so quick. I have lived here before and knew even coming back to ravenswood I would come back. Maintenance is always quick to answer maintenance requests, and the office workers are always polite and welcoming! Recommended in ravenswood!

I love Laurel Commons and their staff. I'm currently in the process of moving back in there for the second time. Nothing that I looked at that was three bedroom had the room sizes that I was looking for. It would be one decent size room and two little tiny rooms.These apartments are very spacious. They have big closets in every room. The rooms themselves are large. The staff and manager are all very helpful and polite. They will go out of their way to help you.I never really had any issues with my apartment at all other than when a big storm hit, it ripped my screen door off. As soon as notified maintenance they were there to fix it. They're on top of everything. If you're currently looking for a place I would look into Laurel Commons. especially if you have kids and need more space.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived in. DO NOT RECCOMEND. Have been here 5 months awful experience from roaches, 2 break ins, and constant maintenance request. Currently in court with them they never showed up to the hearing I’ve been trying to move out for 2 months but they keep charging me rent.

Just relocated from new jersey to west Virginia a little over month ago , property manger racheal is very nice & amazing hospitality service with her customers . I absolutely love it here . Maintenance Kevin is absolutely fantastic , he stay on top of any maintenance issue .

Looked at apartments while I was in town working. Didn’t stay long enough to have to get one but the process was good and the workers in the office was also helpful
