I would say the key word for this sale would be Perseverance! After securing a contract and excellent offer not long after listing, ultimately losing that offer (buyer not securing the loan they desired) and months of time, and then transitioning to a more difficult market do to many factors, all momentum was lost. Our home had unique qualities (layout), that made finding the right buyer challenging, as well as being almost 100 years old, but ultimately Laura and her team persevered and found the perfect client and an offer that satisfied both seller and buyer. Laura has been in the game a long time and I recommend you talk to her before you make any decisions as to who you choose as your real estate agent, buying or selling. Thanks Laura.
