Latvian Village Apartments

The forested & secluded area give a serene & safe ambience to the location here. The neighbors are very friendly & people walk their dogs around here often. I myself have made a catio out on my balcony for my cat. The balconies happen to be gargantuan btw. Everyone has large spacious balconies. The apartments have plenty of window space, & with multiple exits to the balcony, you get alot of light to fill your living spaces. Our manager, Jamie, is extremely accommodating & receptive to the residents here. You can tell she really loves this community & does everything to make living here a good experience. All I can say is that I've enjoyed living here & had no reservations about renewing my lease. It's been the most beautiful & peaceful apartment I've ever lived.

I absolutely loved living at Latvian Village Apartments. The mature trees and beautiful greenery made me feel like I was out of the city even though the neighborhood is close to everything. My dog and I loved spending time on our big patio, and the apartment itself is huge for the price. The only reason I left is that I moved to another city for work - otherwise I'd still live there. Shout out to Jamie - best property manager ever!!

I just recently moved to Latvian Village in September and I am completely blown away by this place. I'm a single father and I've lived in 2 other apartments in the last 11 years and as kids do they grow fast and need more space as do I. I have been looking for other places the last 3 years but it just wasn't in the cards, then I found Latvian Village. The day I met Jamie in the office changed my path for myself and my son. She was so helpful and never once made me feel scared to make a change in my living situation. I love this location it's blocks away from my son's school, grocery stores, shopping, and the interstate access is right down the street. I've lived here over a year now. Latvian Village is safe, separate, and quiet in one of the busiest parts of Omaha. If you want to live in the country, but also by our only Trader Joe's/Whole Foods, this is your place. Easy interstate access. Spacious layouts. Quality materials. Peace and quiet. This is a hidden gem in District 66. Everyone that visits immediately falls in love.

My partner and I lived in Latvian Village from May 2024 for one year. I was very sad to leave such a beautiful apartment and peaceful environment. The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. Jamie, the manager, is very friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed everyone in the maintenance staff. Javier is always quick to come and a joy to chat with while he works. They are beautiful and well built. We enjoyed taking laps under the trees. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. This is hands down one of my favorite places I’ve lived.
