Latitude at the Commons

This is truly the place to be. 10/10 would recommend every single time! I moved from 10 hours away and signed a lease to another apartment here in SC but after that previous apartment complex left me stranded 700 miles from home with my three animals and nowhere to go. I was stressed, running out of time with a U-Haul full of everything I own, and desperately searching for a place that would take us in immediately. From the moment we toured this property, I knew it was special. The landscaping is beautiful and natural, with mature trees and serene ponds that give it such a peaceful, tucked-away feel even though it’s conveniently close to the airport and highway, it’s incredibly quiet! My daughter and I have lived here for almost two years. The apartment homes are very well insulated and much quieter than I expected. The office and maintenance staff are very professional and prompt taking care of any issues we have had which have been few. The grounds are well kept and we enjoy the amenities. I would highly recommend The Lattitude.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. Today there was dog feces left directly on the staircase where residents walk. This is extremely unsanitary and disrespectful to the people living here. Common areas should be kept clean and management should enforce rules about pets and cleaning after them. Residents should not have to deal with this kind of situation when entering or leaving their homes.

Do not rent here!!!! They are total rip off’s. And play the “I don’t know” or “it’s not our rules”. To take any and all deposits. Never late on rent but once (24hrs) due to direct deposit timing. Could not refund that one time fee:. The new maintenance is horrible, and the entire neighborhood is not worth the rent rates they charge!!! Go look else where!!! Total unaffordable and unprofessional. Took all of the deposit. Of $1700

I recommend everyone looking for an apartment to check out latitude at the commons. I have zero complaints and want to highlight the quality of construction in the apartments. Completely soundproof!! 100% worth looking into.
