My spouse and I lived here for a year. The apartments are modern, safe, and quiet. Kellsey the apartment manager was very helpful throughout our lease term. Always answered questions and guided us on process of moving in and out. I highly recommend living here! The only reason we left is that we needed 2 bedroom apartment and all the 2 bedroom units in this apartment were taken.
Update to change my rating after living here for 3 years: This apartment complex goes through management way too often for my liking. You never know who to contact. Also, prior to me moving out, the manager Chelsey, was not very transparent and was dishonest about the valet trash switch over, so I was paying for both valet trash and the dumpsters, which I was not using; I was told before signing up for valet trash that I would only be paying for that and in two months, the dumpster trash charges will stop, which never happened. Also, there were no strict guidelines on the trash charges as the tenants were being charged for others dumping furniture and appliances (furniture removal charges and extra dumpsters) as well as the next apartment complex using our dumpsters because they wer
I moved to Latitude 45 in 2021. I would say put of all the apartments i moved to this was the cleanest apartment I moved into. I did not have to do much pre cleaning before I moved my stuff in. The appliances were new and it still had the new build smell in it. The staff was great and quick to deal with my needs or issues. Now I do give them grace on this due to the pandemic they lost some maintenance staff. They only had one maintenance guy. The three time I had to call them. He tended to make it with in three days of the request. I also loved the location. A bike ride to safeway and two minutes to the highway. But could not hear the highway. They did there best to keep the property clean. It was mainly other residents not picking up after their dogs. My only real bone to pick is at the t
Beware of applying to this apartment. If you are denied, they won’t refund your deposit unless you specifically call them to ask for it. If you don’t ask, they’re keeping your money. After you ask for it and a week has gone by without receiving your refund, when you call them and ask for it you’re told that there’s some kind of issue with your refund - that they’ll call the accounting office to see what the problem is and that you’ll receive a check in the mail. The year is 2024. You took my money electronically instantly you need to give it back electronically instantly. [Sponge Bob Narrator] Two weeks later… Still haven’t received a refund for the deposit. I fully expect that if I want this money back, I’m going to have to sue them.
Although this apartment seems nice when you move in, largely because it's new construction and the apartment is a decent size for its price, it quickly shows its major flaws. In regards to the apartment itself, it has many construction and quality issues like hearing every step your upstairs neighbors make, rain going through your window screens, seeing multiple spiders in your apartment daily, bad upkeep with trash, recycling and landscaping, closet and cabinet doors being improperly installed. The apartment gives no amenities (not necessarily something that matters during COVID but at least other apartments offer places to walk inside the apartment). Your view outside the apartment includes weeds, a wired fence and behind it piles of dirt and gravel. There is no assigned parking, so you
