Latitude 39

I was so sad to be moving out of this wonderful apartment complex. About a week ago, we turned our keys in, and moved out of the wonderful Latitude 39 Luxury Apartment Complex. After living here for a year and a half, and having had the most amazing experience; I can say with plenty of confidence this place made a difference in our return stateside from overseas. Having lived in Mexico City for several years due to work opportunities; and returning to a cozy place like Latitude 39 really made our move transition easy, and stress free. Ms. Nalleli Vega, Manger for the property and her whole team: Mark, Chris, and Jasmine, are very professional, welcoming, and always on top of any request from the tenants. I had an exceptional experience with Latitude39 throughout the move in process. From touring units to checking out the unit I wanted, I felt valued and any small remarks I made were heard. Anything I saw during the pre move in inspection the team made sure it was fixed before my scheduled move in. Jasmine was exceptional throughout it all and really welcomed us to the community. The apartment was really clean and the team made it their mission for us to be satisfied. Sadly we were so close to moving in but had to cancel our move in due to some unexpected events but I can really say I would recommend this place!

They do not listen to any problems that you have . There are 2 of them and they do not ever communicate with each other to resolve problems. There is also no extra parking because they let their tenants use the extra parking for long term parking and those vehicles never move. You cannot have any visitors. They have security at night thay drives around and will linger at points pointing their spotlight in windows while your trying to sleep! There is a huge wasp problem in the apartments that they addressed by having an exterminator come out once and they were everywhere. If they walked the grounds everyday they would know this or if they just ever cared to be aware of their residents and what they voiced. Outloud to them! I wanted to leave a review before even moving in based purely on the friendliness of the office staff! Now that I have lived here 2 months I can honestly say I am nothing but impressed with the office staff (Nalleli and Jasmine) and the maintenance man, Junior. Everything is very well kept and updated/fixed if needed in a timely manner. We love the open floor plan and floors!

I have high expectations due to the good reviews but unfortunately latitude 39 has given me the worst move-in experience ever. 1. I lost two packages that had been delivered to my door. Both are over 50-pound large packages and my unit is on the upper floor. FedEx provided the proof of delivery photo of one of the two packages so at least one was stolen at my door. I had to purchase a security camera to avoid further incidents. Even though another resident said maintenance helped him install the device two months ago, my request for installation help was turned down by the maintenance supervisor. 2. The unit was extremely dirty and definitely not ready for move in. There were someone else’s hair on the toilet bowl, dead flies under the microwave oven, and thick fiber and dust in the washer
