Latigo at Eagle Pass Apartments

The office crew were fantastic! They were helpful and made the application and leasing process easy. My only issue was that the apartment I got was not clean. The counters, sinks, and floors were dirty. I couldn't get a downstairs unit because the empty ones needed cleaning, so I took a second floor unit, but still ended up having to clean before I could move in.

The apartment management has always go above and beyond for me in the year I have lived here. I recently upgraded to a 2/2 and I absolutely love this floorplan and the environment here. Highly recommend

A train wreck of an apartment complex. Gate is always out of order and left open Key fobs for access to the gym routinely malfunction. You can pay $25/month for a parking spot but if someone else parks in it you're s.o.l. because they won't enforce it. They don't pick up garbage on weekends so their is usually trash through out the parking lot. The manager, Linda, needs training in her field. The corporate office, NE Property Management, will give you the run around when you have serious issues (like when they used my floor to store construction materials for 2 weeks) The pool and gym are routinely out of service (took them 5 months to replace treadmills and they want to blame Covid when I can 2-day a treadmill from Amazon) Maintenance did a great job but overall this was the worst apartme

Latigo Apartments is still holding their promise of good customer service. The front office management has an excellent service from the front desk lady to all managers and maintenance personnel. I recommend Latigo Apartments to everyone who needs a good and safe place to live. This is the ideal place. I've lived here for 8 years with no complaints so thank you for your service and hospitality.

Excellent community, very responsive and friendly staff. Fun community activities every week. Very upscale and I don’t think you could find a better complex than Latigo to call your home. We’ve been here over 3 years now and absolutely love it. I can’t think of anything negative. The staff responds immediately if you have any issues in your unit. Above all, everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
