Latah Village

My experience living there was good for first 3 years. They went through 5 managers. The very last one is horrible. She's snobby and very unprofessional. She doesn't actually care about her tenants. She lets the power go to her head being in charge. I live there 5 years. Not to mention it has turned into a boot camp setting. Too many ridiculous rules. Don't move there. Run far away.

Went to the office during normal business hours to inquire about an apartment. The office was locked no staff was present. The apartment complex was not very clean, there was trash in the grass area by the office.

This place is a shamboo and for one this place parents are supposed to watch there f kids.they do not. Most don't speak English. The burn the place and set them in another apartment. It's sad no swimming pool or big play ground for kids. Kids that don't speak English scratch you vehicles and throw trash around. It starting to look like a dump. It's the worst of the worst. Including wood bridge apartments. They are the same. Don't rent either latal or wood bridge apartments. All they care is you pay the rent that's it. And when you need something fixed. In a week or so.

Repair requests are slow to be acknowledged, hard to find a parking spot even if you have an assigned space. Kids look through your windows at day and night, dog poop isn’t picked up. Etc..

Very clean no trash. Laundry facility on-site, lots of kids playing in big front yard green grass very neat and clean
