Lassam Terrace Apartments

They scheduled to do roof repair during the rainy season. Over a three day period... while it was raining... during a severe storm warning... with no protection of the underlying structure except a loose, flapping tarp. Update: I spent a few hundred dollars rent a hotel room while they were supposedly fixing the roofs. They didn't fix it in the time period they stated and gave no notice that it would be delayed. To add. 2024. Charged me almost $500 for carpets. When I moved in, the carpets smelled like cat piss. I spent weeks cleaning it to get it half decent because I didn't trust the maintenance guy. He knew nothing about anything and install a washer incorrectly. Good thing I knew how to fix it. I have had three other apartments with my dog for way longer and in total have never bee

Do not move here. They will enter your apartment without your permission even if you specifically ask for it and live alone; they will try and keep your deposit and charge you over $200 to clean the place for the next person. Awful, terrible service and act clueless when you let them know your rights. Absolutely trying to scrounge as much money out of you as they can.
