Super grateful I finally moved out. This place was hell my apartment would flood each year multiple times destroying my stuff and carpet was never replaced and it smelled like mold.. My walls were also water damaged and they did not want to paint my walls to match because they said my couches would cover the paint. Also, I had a neighbor throw pizza at my window. Nothing was ever done about it. Also two bathrooms but only one works after years of waiting I hired a professional plumber that told me it was their job to fix the toilet. A whole new pipeline is needed. Apartment 34 good luck with this place.

under no circumstances rent here, its absolutely horrid. Roaches, ants and it has no shade. Hell they don't even have guest parking. Even residents don't have parking if they don't have a larger apartment. Street is always crowded while the indoor parking is empty. Absolutely ridiculous. They had nice trees before but its basically barren. Avoid renting here, the management doesn't listen nor help in any manner.

Would not recommend living here lived here for 7 years and out of those 7 we have have asked for the last 3 years for them to fix a broken pipe from upstairs and never did so it got really bad with black mold and on top of that no one there knows how to do there job we recently moved out and they LOST the final month notice and final month check and after demanding we pay the next And to restart the process I’m sorry this is a really bad facility and horrible staff and management

Would love to recognize Crystal the front office manager. Every time we speak she is always kind and provides exceptional customer service. In addition, she always calls back if I leave a voicemail. We look forward to our new home!

Horrible place to live. Management only tows the residents cars whether they are parked in the correct parking spot or not. There is no guest parking they took the guest parking away just to leave empty parking spots which does not make sense seeing as this is a Main Street and there is no parking on the street majority of times. Also management has the worst attitude and never answers the phone I have been having a leak in my bedroom ceiling for the past year right next to my bed and no one has came and fixed it. My heater does not work. And the building is infested with bugs and the office has the nerve to get mad when you ask them if they can spray your apartment for bugs. Overall horrible place to live. Management is full of disgusting and negative attitudes.
