Oh my goodness, I’m telling you right now please don’t waste your money here. PLEASE! It is a waste of money, I paid 1,100 for rent and it is not worth it. To start off when we first moved in the balcony door couldn’t close properly so we reported it quickly so they couldn’t blame us, six months later they still haven’t fix the door and bugs come in. So basically maintenance suck, the kitchen sink was leaking water and we reported it of course they “fixed” it and once again it started to leak, then more later it started to leak so much that we put a giant container and we had to empty it just to wash dishes and they took 2 weeks to come and repair it. Then the ac didn’t work and they took 3 weeks to come and fix it and to make it worse it was really hot at the time so every time I woke up

The new leasing agent her name IRENE I love this girl very helpful and she always gives us a good answer.Very professional I love her vibes 100 % recommended this property and excellent price ❤️

The 9 years I’ve lived here never had issues just once with a window being broken But office ppl work with you a lot n understanding

To be honest I like this place because the people from the office are very nice and friendly

I love the service here at the front office they are extremely helpful and very sweet ♡ the apartment complex seems to be getting better with new management and I can't wait to view my apartment! Love it already!
