Las Olas Place

This is a negative star review! The place is infested with termites, roaches and spiders. Not the harmless spiders that kills bugs, brown recluse! Black mold in the bathroom! This place is scary, I'm surprised it's still standing. I pray for the residents there.

I wished I could rate this place negative a million stars. Be very careful renting this building. It has mold in the inside. The ceiling is a popcorn ceiling that is covering asbestos. Experienced breathing problems living here. Have yet to have myself tested and the area of the mold tested. I scraped it off so I can bring it to a lab. These people are a living hell. They will harass a moving tenants life and make sure that they leave their property behind. I’ve had a conversation with someone who lives there and they told me lots of people move in and out. They don’t stay for a long time. Which meant that someone is completely wrong with their professionalism. They lack it. Make sure you keep photos of any mold you see. Or anything so you can save when they try to put things on your credi

Lived here for two years with a broken air conditioner that the landlady did NOTHING to fix. The plumbing backed up several times and we were told every single time before the building maintenance even saw the problem that we would have to pay because the backup was our fault, and there were a couple of times that we had to call an outside plumber because the building emergency maintenance line either wasn't answering or they just never sent anyone out while our apartment was being flooded with sewage. The entire eastern wall of the building is FILLED with black mould, which caused my roommate to require hospitalisation due to blood clots in his lungs after the building maintenance told us there was nothing to worry about. The plumbing from the unit above us leaked and poured into our unit

We love the location, the apartment is small but nice.
