My family and I, We just moved in. Jonathan made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He is very easy to talk to and very professional. Even if we wouldn’t have gotten a place here. I’d still give a 5 star rating on everything. He’s doing a very good job. Property is very well maintained. The townhomes are clean and very nice.

My family and I have been living at these townhomes for over 3 years now, and it has truly been a great experience from start to finish. The community is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. Jonathan, the property manager, does an outstanding job. He responds quickly whenever there’s a question or issue and works hard to resolve things as efficiently as possible. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents. He has always shown understanding and empathy toward people’s real-life situations, which makes a big difference. The townhomes themselves are roomy, comfortable, and very affordable for the quality you receive. I highly recommend these townhomes to anyone looking for a well-managed, clean, and welcoming place to live

I cannot say enough great things about my landlord. He is the perfect balance of empathetic and firm, which creates an environment built on mutual respect and accountability. He genuinely listens and understands concerns, but also maintains clear expectations, something that is rare and deeply appreciated. Any time an issue arises, he handles it promptly and efficiently. He stays on top of maintenance requests or concerns, making sure everything is resolved the right way and in a timely manner. There's never a feeling of being ignored or brushed aside. Las Colinss is an excellent place to live! Manager, Jonathan gives very professional and awesome service. He cares for all his residents and gives high quality service. He keeps the apartment grounds very clean. Even during this cold weather the swimming pool is kept clean and sparkling blue. Living here at Las Colinas has been a safe and comfortable place to live. Maintenance service is done promptly.

I have recently moved into Las Colinas apartments and have to say amazing layouts and beautiful structures Johnathan Martinez the manger of the complex was super friendly and welcoming offered us (Me and my lady) snacks and drinks and gave us great hospitality from the moment we walked through the front doors. He gave us a great tour explain a lot about the specific of the apartment during the tour; gave us a good idea of what type of community they have here which seems to be a great one, during the paperwork process Mr.Martinez did a great job at covering all our questions comments and concerns plus additional helpful information we didn’t even think about. He made the paperwork process very smooth and enjoyable with accurate information and some free comedy aswell would highly recommend
