I dealt with this firm for several weeks now on a property owned by Sundowners Inc. I have been jerked around with the fully furnished property at 13410 Sinepuxent Ave. First the owner wanted the sleep number bed. I offered to buy, but reduced the asking price. Then the seller said the outdoor furniture she was taking, so I went and brought new outdoor furniture that is sitting in the unit in boxes. When I went for the visual inspection saw there was no washer/dryer when I had an email that said there was. By the way all email responses to me were deleted by them. I reduced the price again to accommodate for the washer/dryer combo. Just today got a firm acceptance for the lower price of 126,000. Then my lawyer I hired to protect me said she got an email from them asking for the full listin
