Larchwood Garden Apartments

Larchwood Gardens is terrible, management is horrible they don't know how to do anything but increase your rent. Can't keep up with who the manager is About every 6 months management change. Someone's door got kicked in by a neighbor's boyfriend they didn't do anything. It took about 2yrs for that person to get a violation. But I don't think they really got one. On the lease it say your responsible for your guest, and no criminal activity. Even though he lives there. The lease also says No damaging HUD property. He destroyed her door with a baseball bat while her and her kids was in there. The women gave the manger a copy of her police report but still nothing happened. Her lease should have been terminated. They also say no pets that girl got a dog that barks 24/7, no violation for that e

I've been living here for 4 years and I have not had heat in my apartment for 4 years. Please don't move into this place. And those pictures on the website are false. The people in the office are rude. Especially Vanessa. Very unprofessional. She told me that there office is cold too in the winter. But I bet she goes home to a warm house when I'm cold. I have a lawyer and taking them to court.

This place is a joke and have been the worse living experience ever! The turn around in leasing staff is ridiculous! As stated by others, they are almost impossible to get in contact with and if you are lucky to get in contact with somebody, they act like you are bothering them… just crazy… You call HR and they forward the call to the people in the office. It’s common sense that if I wanted to speak to someone in office, I would just walk over. The emergency maintenance line has been going straight to vm for as long as I can remember. They are supposed to have pest control come out monthly. I’ve lived here 3 years and pest control have been in my unit TWICE. Like most apartment buildings, notices are left on your door. I just moved here not too long ago. Once they move you in they dont respond to any of your needs after that. Loud neighbors, grocery carts left everywhere & the exterminator doesnt come when they say its supposed to. Ridiculous.

If you're adrenaline seeker and want to practice how to survive shootings. This is the place for you... still waiting for a bullet hole to be fix on my window. Can't wait to move. You can't order packages cause they will be stolen. Been living here for 3 years, things were not like this at the beginning. But it seems like nothing is been done, security cameras outside the building might just be for decoration.
