I hope this review helps others because the intent is to save headaches. My company signed a 3 year lease. At first things went well we felt we got a great price with a 3k deposit and first months rent of 2400. We worked with Tom. The unit was handed over to us with damaged concrete floors and a bit of touch up and clean up to do. We liked the rustic feel. Fast forward to 2020 when we decide not to move forward with renewing lease. Factors included multiple break ins. No help from management. No care from Tom and lack of communication. At the end we tryed to set up a walk through. Tom becomes hard to find. He is not available. Front desk says turn in keys and he will walk thru and go from there. 2 weeks later im told my depoait is in the mail. I finally get deposit and its only half. I at
