I’ve had such a great move-in experience at Bull House and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone so far. The Property Manager, has been incredibly flexible, helpful, thorough, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He truly made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Trey gave me a wonderful, informative tour and went above and beyond on move-in day to make sure I had proper access and everything I needed. His attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. Chi has been so friendly, warm, and welcoming from day one, which made the community feel like home immediately. The maintenance team has also been amazing. I submitted a work order and they showed up to my apartment the very next day. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful, which

I moved out of bull house a month ago after living there since July 2021. The place was decent then but it has gone down hill ever since. The fire alarms has been an issue the entire time I was there and hadn’t gotten better. I’ve had to miss work twice because of the alarms constantly going off throughout the night. There hasn’t been a summer since lived there where the pool stayed open. There was a year when the pool didn’t open until the beginning of July. It took them forever to get the carpets replaced in the hallways. There was so many disgusting stains everywhere that I was embarrassed to have people over. So if anything needs to get fixed expect them to take forever to get fixed. I loved the crew that worked in the office when I first moved there but it’s gone more and more dow

This apartment is a nightmare. They charge crazy amenity fees without any amenities available. I rented for over a year and the amenities were never open, yet they require these bogus fees. The stories about the fire alarms are true. It’ll go off randomly at any time of the day/night and give you a migraine that’ll last all day. At this point it’s made my anxiety 10x worse. The move-in process is easy. The move-out process is expensive. They charge you for damages without explanation. They charge you premium cleaning fees regardless of how exceptionally clean you left it. I can’t believe I spent $1400 a month for a tiny studio with this many problems. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

This place has been a nightmare since the day I moved in. The fire alarm was constantly going off when I first arrived with no sense of urgency from management. Not exactly a great first impression when you’re trying to feel safe in your own home. Speaking of safety, the garage gate was left wide open for weeks at a time, completely defeating the purpose of “secured parking.” Anyone could walk in. On top of that, there was a story from a neighbor about their door being kicked in, and management’s response was been essentially nothing. Which makes me fear for my own living situation. Then there are the hidden charges. Random fees show up on the bill, and when you ask about them, management claims they “can’t explain” what they’re for. That alone should be a massive red flag to anyone cons

I worked with Stephanie, the Apartment Life Event Coordinator, on her Mardi Gras event (2/20/26). We catered the food and dessert for her event. She was the perfect client. During the booking process, she was responsive, and gave us creative freedom on the menu while making sure there was something for everyone to enjoy. I love that she shined a light on black businesses for the event from the bartender to the caterer (😊), and the live saxophonist, everything was beautiful. It was an honor to be a part of her event. She checked all of the boxes. Thank you! It was a pleasure to work with her. -Tie Buttermilk Boutique, LLC.
