I’ve lived here with a friend years ago and now my father lives here. I can honestly say hidden gem! This place is very secure, I have no issues with calling maintenance or anything. While yes you may have your outside pest and I mean the big tree ones it’s not a big issue if you call them to come and do the job. I love this place for him. Security is always walking the property all hours of the day and night and the ground are well kept as I see people cleaning and cutting. They could do better with the roads in the village but NOTHING can take away from the feeling of secure and having a helping hand. I’m not too sure what most have experienced but the past and present I have I have no complaints. I’m a review person myself so I look for honest so I wouldn’t give people anything less. It

This apartment turned winter into punishment. While it was 25°F outside, my unit sank to 42°F—a temperature where you don’t live, you endure. I slept fully clothed, shaking, listening to the heat not come on, realizing no one was coming to help. I called maintenance repeatedly. After three days, someone finally appeared—only to leave the problem untouched. No fix. No concern. Just a silent confirmation that tenants freezing inside their own homes is acceptable here. This is not mismanagement. This is neglect wrapped in paperwork. A place where discomfort is ignored until it becomes dangerous, and danger is ignored until it becomes normal. Called the apartment to know if they have any 1 bed available,the lady said we have available, bring your id and i can show you the apartment. When we went in to get the tour of apartment, the lady there was behaving so weird, she wasnt even telling exactly which is available..as every apartment in complex is different..first said we have with w/d available and then said we only have without. Too many apartments we toured it was nothing like this. Not this much complexity just for the tour..

One of the worst apartments out there. The maintenance people are the worst and laziest. I had AC issues on Saturday, and a maintenance guy came late Monday, just waiting in the parking lot to finish his shift rather than helping me. When I asked him, he said he couldn't help me that day and waited there to finish his shift. The apartment wants to increase the rent every six months as the market dictates but won't provide you with emergency assistance when required. What is the point of having an emergency maintenance number if they can't come around and fix it?
