Terrible management (Templeton). And Amy, the manager, is one of the worst people I've ever met. There was even a petition going around from at least 90% of the residents here to get Amy terminated, that's how bad it is here. The apartments here are trashed, they don't replace anything, there are tons of apartments infested with cockroaches, tons, and they have work orders from July 2017 for all their properties. Since I knew of these things, and had such a terrible experience myself... (I was given a no-cause 30-day notice to vacate), I had to make sure other people do not make the same terrible mistake I made. You will be very glad that you take my recommendation not to live here, or at any Templeton Management properties for that matter. Hope this helps, and good luck to everyone! Have

Great place to live despite the location definately less noise then you would expect. Nice landlord he's pretty good about handling things promptly. Would definately refer to a friend.

Garbage all the way.. not a good neighborhood as well don't be fooled. Don't water your time .,.....crooks
