The paperwork and initial application protocols are a bit much,but Sade make the process bearable, she is a professional whom outstanding hands on guidance through the process 👏 must be applauded. She held my hands until the end and I greatly appreciate her patience and understanding this 64 old man. She is definitely an awesome person ❤️

dont ever ever ever come to lansdowne towers to rent a apartment, especially when it snows, they are not responsible for shoveling in between the cars, not responsible for getting cars towed, not responsible for stolen packages. they are not responsible for anything except charging you for everything except the air you breath around the complex, no doubt that is coming. rent increases but they are not responsible for anything else but that. they cannot even loan you a shovel because it might break, and heaven forbid with all the monies they collect they cannot afford a shovel. their maintainence do not know how to fix anything! dirty rugs that they have been promising to replace, have not, dirty and moldy rugs. if you want a place that makes rules and do not enforce them, this is the pl

Smooth process! The apartment is clean and management has been super nice. My sister stayed here in the past and still rave about this community. Would recommend to anyone!

All I can say is that office staff do not treat you professionally and it's frustrating especially when you used to better so I wouldn't recommend anybody with a professional mind a professional background move here because you're slow to do the work they lie like I said I had a claim in my apartment and what gets me is that it was the problem that was a issue that was theirs and instead of them coming to take care of the problem they told me to contact my insurance company and put it on my homeowners insurance and then when I did and the insurance company called them they messed up my whole claim because they lied and I'm not used to that but I got to remember where I'm at what type of people I'm dealing with so I wouldn't recommend anybody stay here especially if you like me and very pro

Definitely can find a good woman living here. Nice cozy layouts but Washers may not work on every floor…Mail can go missing if you’re not there to get your delivery by hand. But missing my opportunity to live here long term.
